MEVAG-METALTEX Ltd. Sti. is ontstaan uit de joint-venture tussen Mevag (voormalig Metaltex distributeur in Turkije) en de Metaltex Groep.
Deze nieuwe onderneming heeft als voornaamste doel het marktaandeel van Metaltex producten in Turkije te vergroten.
